3D Movement Analysis and Performance
3D Movement Analysis and Performance is a registered technique by the Gray Institute. This system allows movement specialists (Physical Therapists) to observe how a person’s body is influenced by and reacts to the environment and its physical properties (gravity, momentum, the stability of ground, etc), by its own biological composition (body type, athleticism, strength, muscular control, etc), and the individual’s behavior toward challenge and success. Based on these observations, the individual is given a treatment plan the same way, taking into account these three concepts (Physical, biological, and behavioral principles). We can use other techniques (manual therapy, BFR) along with this one to enhance the results and obtain the desired outcomes.
