He specializes in chronic pain management with emphasis on neck and back conditions, joint dysfunction, postāoperative recovery, regenerative therapies, postāconcussion care, multiple sclerosis, and postāstroke rehabilitation.
ā
Dr. Osorio earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Ramapo College in Mahwah, NJ, and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rutgers University. He is boardācertified in orthopedics and holds advanced certifications in shockwave therapy, MLS 6, Blood Flow Restriction Training, 3D MAPS, and Kinesio Taping. ā
During his three years at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton, Dr. Osorio had the privilege of treating activeāduty service members, retirees, and their families. His experience with procedures such as dry needling—performed in states where it is within PT scope—helped him develop exceptional palpation skills, enabling him to identify subtle tissue abnormalities. On one notable occasion, his clinical findings prompted a patient to seek further medical evaluation, leading to the early detection of breast cancer.

batman
Batman will not be in the office but we are sure you will hear a lot of stories about him. He will make an occasional appearance at a social event. He rescued Tatiana and Santiago on November 23rd, 2015. He was named Batman cause of his pointy ears and because he is a survivor.
He was born in LA and after being hit by a car he relocated to Pacific beach were his foster mom nursed him back to health. After the accident he was left with a fused leg and funny smile. When Tatiana and Santiago met Batman they knew he was the furry friend they needed. Batman brings great joy to everyone he meets he is a happy boy even after all he went through as such a small pup. He is the perfect example of how the right care and compassion can lead to great results. Batman still has some pain when he takes longer walks but luckily he has a personal PT in Dr. O.
