Your initial one-on-one session will include an initial nutrition & lifestyle assessment (via initial intake thru online Nutri-Q software), accompanied by an interactive discussion about your goals & your health concerns. We'll explore your symptoms, diagnosis & treatment of existing conditions, your medical history, use of medication or supplements, your family history, your lifestyle, your stress levels, your habits related to food, drink, movement & exercise (to whatever extent you feel comfortable). This in-depth individual analysis, along with the use of extensive evidence-based nutritional science, enables me to determine your individual needs and to develop a personalized nutrition & lifestyle program. Together we'll agree on a personalized health plan that fits your lifestyle, budget, and food likes & dislikes. I'll prepare a personalized plan including food & lifestyle suggestions, and also make recommendations for a suggested supplement plan if needed.
